We started our park hopping today at Animal Kingdom. The twins really wanted to overdose on the Expedition Everest roller coaster, but it closed just before they got to the front of the line. As a consolation prize, we snapped a family selfie with it in the background, then decided to ditch Animal Kingdom for the day.

We took the bus over to Hollywood Studios. The crowds were pretty light and the wait times were bouncing around in the really-short to kinda-short range. We walked by Star Tours, which the twins would normally pass by in favor of more roller-coastery or interactive things, but its 5 minute wait time lured us in. Five minutes in these lines pretty much translates to “walk right on,” so we did.
Gotta love AT-ATs too.

The sunset was gorgeous tonight. Sohpia & I are completely incapable of not taking sunset photos, so here you go…

Tower of Terror was calling the twins’ names. It was not calling Tanya’s or mine. They had a blast on it while Tanya & I relaxed a bit and scouted for dinner.

We grabbed pizzas & burgers for dinner at the walk-up-to-order restaurants by Tower of Terror. The cheat code there was ordering through their app instead of standing in line to order. Cameron & I clicked go on our burger order and picked up our food faster than people in the normal line had even placed their orders. Big win.
After chow, we made our way to Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. It’s a fantastic ride and we were all looking forward to it again. Buuuut, it broke too and they closed it down for the day. Boo.

We finished off the day with a smuggling run in the Millenium Falcon. I seriously want to fly this thing for real. An X-Wing too. Sophia’s game for that too, so if anyone has an in, please let me know.

We closed out the day with some relaxing back in our travel trailer. Cameron snuck in some video games. Go figure. Sophia caught up with some friends and did her best to find a tolerable Sirius XM station. Tanya worked on a puzzle. I…am writing you this.
There’s rain in the forecast for the next 3-4 days, so we might have to get creative with our plans. We’ll see!
